Our Approach:  Doing right by you, every time, is the only way we can achieve our goal of establishing a long-term relationship with you.  Our entire approach is built with that goal in mind.

Our Consultants:  Most of our clients can’t afford to bring in a team of consultants.  Their needs must be met with one or two consultants.  Each of our consultants must have unusual breadth of expertise, be able to tackle a broad range of issues and deliver high value, within tight budgets.

Our Satisfaction Policy:  You get the first two weeks to evaluate any consultant.  If you are not totally satisfied with that consultant, you owe us nothing for the two weeks.  Not even expenses.

Our Independence:  We maintain no formal partnerships with vendors.  Such partnerships often require the consultant to sacrifice objectivity.  We won’t do that.  When you work with us, you’ll always get completely objective advice.

Our Support Policy:  Our consultants will be available to you, after the project is complete, to help you answer questions and resolve problems – even if there’s not an active contract in place.
